- Who owns paws ?
- Trademarks above Ethics ... is that right ?
- What is in that Idstein Water ?
- and who shot JW anyway?
Picture the crime scene : The wounded victim, bloodied and angry - a unthinkably heinous crime has been perpetrated.
But who dunnit .. Who shot JW ?
Someone must pay !
Like JR in the 80’s, there are many accused.
Which evil forces of darkness have been plotting to bring down the Clawed King of the kagool ?
Let's examine those accused :
Is the criminal kaniving Dr Crochet .. with her
purple paw-shaped sequin singlet design ?
Could be .. but I don't think so !
Or is it the Mad Meglamaniac Mirror Maden of Munich town who adorned cosmetic mirrors with her poisoned pre-purchased paw-print patterns from Michael Miller ?
Na .. I don't think so !
Mmm .. my suspicions .. it's the frightening fluffy pink cushion smuggler of old Stuttgart town. Her evil intent to bring down JW is clear in her perfect premeditated blanket stitching. She's the one !
Whilst we mull the evidence, let's consider the
matters of deep concern to our freedom that lie
beneath this unsettling story of corporate bullying.
What if all companies behave as JW do ? .. terrorising the little guys, demanding money against legal threats, with no attempt at direct contact ... and with little or no grounds anyway.
What does the future hold for the rights of the non-corporate, non-globalised individual or small business?
How can we co-exist and how should companies like JW know the boundaries ?
Is it okay for companies to have expertise in
brandmarks but not ethics ?
There is for sure a struggle going on here and there will be a cost - hopefully for the arrogant and not only for the meek.
Ask any typical parent and what what they would undoubtedly say is "knock some heads together" for the sake of common sense !
Where are the principled minds of our day to play the role of parent, to stand up and to say what must be said ?
And how did it come to pass that laws that
legitimise or excuse JW's actions have come to be
there at all?
.. and who will step up and change them ?
I hear only the voices of the little guys !

Well, it turns out that JW was so focused on playing moneymaker and victim that it was unable to distinguish between the enemy and it’s own foot (to be precise, it’s own paw)
So as I sit here and watch as JW stubbornly shoots more gunfire into this injured paw, refusing to back down from it's paranoid and ridiculous accusations, I wonder .. what is in that Idsteiner wasser ?
Could be .. but I don't think so !
